BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase and installation of three (3)
pumps for use by the Public Works Department for two (2) street underpasses from
PEMSCO, of Rose City, Texas, a sole source provider, in the amount of $91,705.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
