1. Consider a resolution approving the award of contracts for temporary
personnel services for various departments
2. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to
the Local Transportation Project Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas
Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the Dowlen Road Extension Project

* Approval of minutes — June 6, 2017
Confirmation of committee appointments
A) Approve the purchase and installation of pumps for two underpasses
B) Approve the award of contracts for the purchase of medical supplies used in the EMS
Division
C) Approve the purchase of LED Lighting for various roadways
D) Authorize the City Manager to sign a Memorandum Of Understanding with the South
East Texas Regional Planning Commission related to emergency notifications
E) Approve a resolution adopting the 2017 Jefferson County Mitigation Action Plan
