BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding
in the amount of $1,401,449.00 through the Department of Homeland Security 2017
Port Security Grant Program (PSGP)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute all documents necessary to apply for and accept grant funding
through the Department of Homeland Security 2017 Port Security Grant Program
(PSGP) in the amount of $1,401,449.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
June, 2017.
