BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for grant funding for the
City of Beaumont through the Texas Department of Transportation, Transportation
Alternatives Set -Aside (TA Set -Aside) Program for the construction of ADA sidewalks
along the east side of Dowlen Road from US Hwy 69 Frontage Road to Folsom Drive.
