BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of playground equipment for use
at Tyrrell Park from KOMPAN Playground Solutions, of Pflugerville, Texas, in the
amount of $98,644.00 through the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance,
a national cooperative purchasing association.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
May, 2017.
