BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Legacy Community Development Corporation (Legacy CDC) in the amount of $55,460
for acquisition and rehabilitation of one (1) home that would be used for affordable
housing for sale or lease/purchase to eligible low -to -moderate income families; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a contract with Legacy Community Development Corporation
(Legacy CDC) in the amount of $18,487 for related operating expenses, said contracts
to be funded from the 2016 HOME Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
May, 2017.
