BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a two-ply modified bitumen
membrane roof system for Water Utilities Service Center Administration Building located
at 1350 Langham Road from SETEX Construction Corp., of Beaumont, Texas, in the
amount of $64,575.23 through the Choice Partners Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
May, 2017.
