BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager or the Chief Financial Officer be and they are hereby authorized
to execute all documents necessary to accept grant funding from the Texas Department
of State Health Services (DSHS) for the RLSS/LPHS Regional and Local Services
System/Local Public Health Services Grant in the amount of $174,270.00, effective
September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2019, for the purpose of assisting the Beaumont
Public Health Department perform activities and services that will improve and
strengthen the local public health infrastructure within the State of Texas
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
April, 2017.
