HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 17-033RESOLUTION NO. 17-033 WHEREAS, Christian Fellowship Worship Center, Inc., has agreed to donate 0.067 acres of land situated in the W. B. Dyches Survey, Abstract No. 17, as shown and described in Exhibit 1," attached hereto, to the City of Beaumont for the Pointe Parkway North Project and, WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said tract of land and is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said tract for the stated purpose is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby, in all things, approved and adopted; and, THAT the donation of the above described property donated by Christian Fellowship Worship Center, Inc. is hereby in all things accepted; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to accept said donation.
