BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Maguire Iron, Inc.,
Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in the amount of $378,458.00 for the Prison Elevated
Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a Contract with Maguire Iron, Inc., of Sioux Falls, South Dakota,
for the purposes described herein.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
January, 2017.
