BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of
four (4) grapple trucks for use by the Solid Waste Division from Chastang Enterprises,
Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of $1,054,052.00 through the Houston -Galveston
Area Council (H -GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
December, 2016.
