WHEREAS, Kyle Hayes and Laura Clark are currently authorized as signatories
for the execution of documents related to Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue
Bonds, Taxable Series 2010B (Build America Bonds -Direct Payment Issuer); and,
WHEREAS, Laura Clark is to be deleted as an authorized signatory for the
execution of documents related to Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds,
Taxable Series 2010B (Build America Bonds -Direct Payment Issuer) and Todd
Simoneaux is to be added as an authorized signatory for the execution of documents
related to Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Taxable Series 2010B
(Build America Bonds -Direct Payment Issuer);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby,
in all things, approved and adopted; and,
THAT Laura Clark is to be deleted as an authorized signatory for the execution of
documents related to Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Taxable Series
2010B (Build America Bonds -Direct Payment Issuer) and Todd Simoneaux is to be
added as an authorized signatory for the execution of documents related to Waterworks
and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Taxable Series 2010B (Build America Bonds -
Direct Payment Issuer); and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT this Resolution shall be effective from and
after the date of its passage.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
November, 2016.
