BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept grant funding from Flint Hills Resources and Koch Pipeline
Company through the 2016 Helping Heroes Grant, in the amount of $4,800.00,0 to
provide unmanned aerial systems for investigative purposes for the training, education,
equipment, and emergency notification needs of Texas fire departments and emergency
responders.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
November, 2016.
