BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) mini -excavators for use
by the Water Utilities from Waukesha -Pearce Industries, Inc., of Port Arthur, Texas, in
the amount of $113,345.94 through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
October, 2016.
