BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of three (3) tractors with mowers
and two (2) zero turn mowers for use by the Water Utilities Department and the Parks
and Recreation Department from Kubota Tractor Corporation, of Torrance, CA, in the
amount of $130,678.00 through the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) Cooperative
Purchasing Association.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
October, 2016.
