BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an Earnest Money
Contract with Chantel C. Channell for the sale of property located at 3199 Avenue A,
formerly occupied by EMS; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute all documents necessary for the sale of the property and improvements.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
August, 2016.
