BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposed FY 2017 Budget has been received and a public hearing is hereby
scheduled for August 23, 2016 at 1:30 PM in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 801
Main Street, Beaumont, Texas; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk is to publish notice of said
hearing pursuant to the Charter of the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
August, 2016.
