BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of pumps for various
underpasses from Pemsco, of Beaumont, Texas, the sole source vendor authorized by
the manufacturer to supply the pumps, in the amount of $199,206.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
June, 2016.
