BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action on
behalf of the City of Beaumont to reject an Earnest Money Contract with Parigi Property
Management, Ltd. for the sale of property and improvements located at 125 Magnolia
Avenue; and,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
July, 2016.
