BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding
for the City of Beaumont in the amount of $246,025 from the Office of the Governor
Criminal Justice Division, Body -Worn Camera Program to provide 140 body cameras for
Police Officers, as well as necessary hardware and software for retention of videos;
and,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
July, 2016.
