BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., for banking services is hereby accepted
and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a depository
agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., for the period commencing October 1, 2016, to
September 30, 2018. The contract may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year
periods by mutual consent of both parties.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
June, 2016.
