A RES O L U T I ON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to execute and deliver that certain license
agreement by and between The City of Beaumont, Texas and
The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, covering
the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer pipe-
line, cement lined, eleven and ten hundredths (11.10) inches
in diameter and the location of said sewer line being shown
on print attached to license Agreement, marked Exhibit "A"
and shown in red on said print, No. D.E.O.T. 7002, dated
September 16, 1968.
PASSED by the City Council this 5th day of November,
1968.
