A RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That A..K. Steinheimer, City Manager, be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute the contract dated November 19, 1963,
with Mar -Len, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewer
lime along Washington Boulevard from Eleventh Street to
proposed fire station site.
PASSED by The City Council this 22nd day of November,
A.D. 1963.
