BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT.-
THAT the attorneys representing the City of Beaumont in the litigation of The United
States of America vs. The City of Beaumont, Texas be and they are hereby authorized
to join the State of Texas as a party to the litigation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
February, 2016.
