BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT.-
THAT the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a document furnishing a waiver to the
Jefferson County Mosquito Control District for the purpose of allowing their aircraft to fly
at low altitudes over the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of
February, 2016.
