BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a two (2) year
agreement with Discovery Benefits, Inc., of Fargo, North Dakota, effective January 1,
2016, for administration of the City's Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending
Accounts.
