William M. Spell Papers, 1934-1935, 1986
DESCRIPTION
William M. Spell was bom in Village Mills, Texas, in the early 1900s and resided in Port Arthur for
many years. He worked as a welder at the Gulfport Sbipyard. This small collection of his papers
includes two photographs, a 1934 poll tax receipt for Jefferson County, and an obituary.
