BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to submit a grant application
and execute a contract with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to receive an
Operating Assistance Grant in the amount of $2,021,901 for the Beaumont Municipal
Transit System; and,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
November, 2015.
