BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Pate and Spivey, L.L.C. is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit
against Payne's Wrecker Service, Inc., d/b/a Payne and Sons Body Shop and Wrecker
and Russell Huff for damages caused to the City as a result of an automobile accident
on or about July 23, 2013.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
August, 2015.
