BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to SR Tilley Builders,
Inc., of Vidor, Texas, in the amount of $3,450,445 for the Concrete Rehabilitation of
Various Locations Project to include saw cutting, removing existing cracked and broken
concrete pavements, repair and compact existing base course, and placement of new
reinforced concrete pavement on various concrete pavement locations throughout the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
June, 2015.
