BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a three (3) year contract, with an option to renew
for two (2) additional one year periods, with Wells Fargo Merchant Services, of Walnut
Creek, California, to provide merchant card services for various City departments.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of May,
2015.
