BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to enter into an affiliation agreement between the City of Beaumont EMS
Division and PERCOMOnline, Inc. for clinical experience and educational purposes under
the supervision of the EMS Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of April,
