BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Casco Industries, Inc.,
of Houston, Texas, the sole local source for Globe Manufacturing Co. equipment, for the
purchase of an estimated quantity of 25 sets of fire protective clothing for firefighters at
$2,180 per set for an estimated total cost of $54,500; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a Contract with Casco Industries, Inc., of Houston, Texas, for the
purposes described herein.
