BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to submit an application to the
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for a five (5) year temporary closure of State
of Texas right-of-way (MLK Parkway/Spur 380) from College Street to Jim Gilligan Way
effective during the dates of the Gusher Marathon in the years of 2015 through 2020.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
February, 2015.
