BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a sweeper for use by the Solid
Waste Division from R.B. Everett & Company, Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$48,692 through the Houston -Galveston Area Council (H -GAC) Cooperative Purchasing
Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
