BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Legacy
Community Development Corporation (Legacy CDC) in the amount of $60,672 for
acquisition of one (1) property for sale or lease /purchase to an eligible low -to- moderate
income family and a contract with Legacy Community Development Corporation (Legacy
CDC) in the amount of $20,224 for related operating expenses, said contracts to be funded
from the 2014 HOME Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
December, 2014.
