BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a winch assembly for use by the
Water Utilities Department from Earth Tool Company, Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the
amount of $158,200 through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
