BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Insituform Technologies, LLC, of Cypress, Texas, in the amount of $16,720 through
the Texas Association of School Boards (BuyBoard) Cooperative Purchasing Program to
furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform four (4) point
repairs on the last 200 feet of the existing 6 -inch sanitary sewer line for the Karen Lane
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation II Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
November, 2014.
