BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a sixty (60) month
Lease Agreement with Ricoh USA, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, through the State of Texas
Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract, in the estimated annual amount of
$80,749 for photocopiers for use by various City Departments.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
November, 2014
