ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A SIXTY (60') FOOT BY ONE HUNDRED NINETY (190')
FCOT PORTION OF LOUISIANA STRECT LYING BETWEEN
AVERILL STREET AND THE SANTA FE RAILROAD RIGHT
OF WAY, IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMOVT:
THAT that portion of Louisiana Street described as follows:
Being a sixty foot (60') by one hundred
ninety foot (190') portion of Louisiana
Street right of way running in an east/
west direction, bounded on the north by
Block B, James Drake Addition, on the
south by Block 11, McFaddin First Addition,
and also being located west of Averill
Street, a sixty foot (60') right of way,
and continuing west to the Santa Fe
Railroad right of way;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and became the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law, and that the City of Beaumont hereby re-
linquishes any and all rights, title and interest it had or may have in
and to such easement.
