BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept $184,104 in FY 2014 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding
through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to provide
services for the homeless; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute all documents necessary to accept an additional $18,775 of FY 2010
Emergency Shelter Grant Program funding through the Texas Department of Housing and
Community Affairs (TDHCA) that is reallocated from other jurisdictions unable to expend
their funds.
