BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept funding from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS)
for the Preparedness and Prevention Community Preparedness Section /Bioterrorism
Discretionary Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Grant in the amount of
$15,487 effective October 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
September, 2014.
