BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to receive funding in the amount
of $513,750 through the Department of Homeland Security Supplemental 2014 Port
Security Grant Program (PSGP).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute all documents necessary to accept grant funding through the
Department of Homeland Security Supplemental 2014 Port Security Grant Program
(PSGP) in the amount of $513,750.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
September, 2014
