BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the FY 2015 Capital Program is hereby adopted. The Capital Program is
substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A." A public hearing was held August
26, 2014.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
September, 2014.
