BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the emergency purchase of repair materials from
Hanson Pipe & Products, Inc., of Houston, Texas, the sole source vendorforthe materials
needed to affect the repairs, in the estimated amount of $112,696 for 72 inch water line at
the Water Production Facility.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
April, 2014.
