BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of six (6) traffic signal controller
systems from Trafficware Group, Inc., of Sugar Land, Texas, in the amount of $182,820
through the Interlocal Agreement with Fort Bend Countyforthe construction of Washington
Boulevard Phase I.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
April, 2014.
