BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract with Abercrombie, Simmons & Gillette, Inc., of Houston, Texas, effective April 1,
2014, to administerthe City's self- insured workers' compensation program for$64,900 with
the option to renew for four (4) additional years at the rates of $67,500 for option year one,
$69,466 for option year two, $71,550 for option year three, and $73,981 for option year
four.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
