BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept funding from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS)
in the revised amount of $35,281.00 for the amendment of the Tuberculosis Prevention
Control /Federal (TB /PC -FED) grant.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
February, 2014.
