BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) air compressors for use
by the Water Utilities Department from Volvo Construction Equipment & Services, of
Houston, Texas, in the amount of $85,506 through the Houston - Galveston Area Council
(H -GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
February, 2014.
