BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of five (5) dump trucks for use by the
Water Utilities Department and Public Works Department from Houston Freightliner, Inc.,
of Houston, Texas, in the amount of $562,500 through the Houston - Galveston Area
Council (H -GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
January, 2014
